Thousands lined up to give just a 30 second speech in front of thousands if Pups to see a glimpse of who their new dictator could be. There was many recognizable pups speaking such as Pupa, Fool, and G-Pa. 10 candidates will be announced the morning of March 28th and more primaries will be held from there to find the final candidates. Lastly they will eliminate candidates until they find the new dictator.
