Since Pupville's former dictator, Pupeeys, stepped down Pupville has been a wreck. The economy has crashed and laws are being broken. Obviously Pupville being a free land isn't going to work out and they will become a dictatorship again. Anyone in Pupville can enter in the primary (being held March 27th) and the will be 2 elective parties, Puppish and Foolish. Voting will begin on April 3rd and close April 14th.
